There are several student residences located close to the Zoni Language Center in Manhattan. Students living there can walk to classes and metro service is very close.  Here is a list of the options you have:

Price for Single Accommodation for a period of 4 Weeks is of US$ 1850.00 dollars

Price for Single Accommodation for a period of 4 Weeks average between of US$ 1500 to 1750 dollars

HomeStay Program

International students are encouraged to interact with their HomeStay family and will be invited to participate in regular family recreational activities. HomeStay in not intended to be strictly room and board arrangement. House members will be respectful of your religious or non-religious beliefs and practices as well as your culture and values.

Students will have a comfortable home atmosphere during their stay with HomeStay family. This includes a room, bathing facilities and a quiet place to study. HomeStay families will provide necessary household items such as linens and towels. The student's bedroom will be furnished, including a bed/bedding, desk or table, lamp, dresser and closet. Most homes are located within 20 to 30 min from school and are located in the Manhattan area. Students may arrange private TV cable, internet and telephone connections. The family will respect the student's right to privacy including mail and bedroom space. Students must practice the same courtesy.

Food

HomeStays: Family is responsible to provide you with a breakfast Monday thru Friday.

Price

The Price for Single HomeStay Accommodation is of US$1750 dollars for a period of 4 Weeks.

The Price for Executive HomeStay Single Room with Private Bathroom is of US$ 2000 dollars for a period of 4 Weeks.

Transportation

Homestay families are located in areas close to a bus route or to the metro for easy transportation to the campus, downtown, malls, and other shopping locations.
