Intrax offers two types of accommodation:

Intrax has several options for students residences, all of the residences are closed to the school or have easy access to public transportation, here is the list of your residence options:

The Vantaggio Suites

Vantaggio Suites O'Farrell Street is located four block from the world famous Union Square in the hearts of the city. This residence club offer shared and single occupancy, with either shared or private bathrooms. Rooms typically include a bed, dresser, desk and free DSL internet. Weekly housekeeping service and daily complimentary continental breakfast are included. Vantaggio also has a common kitchen for residents to cook, and common areas for relaxation and studying.

Prices

• Free Continental Breakfast Included.

• A one time non-refundable cleaning fee of US$25 will be charged

• Deposit and a refundable key deposit will be collected at the time of check in.

• The amount of the deposit varies depending on the room types.

• a 5% increase to rates will be added during peak season arrivals (June 15 to August 15)

Vantaggio Suites Cosmo is conveniently situated three blocks from Union Square and the Theater District. This residence club offers shared or single occupancy with either shared or private bathrooms. Rooms include a bed, dresser and desk, free DSL internet, an iron and ironing board, coffee maker and hair dryer. Vantaggio Suites Cosmo also has a common kitchen, plus a fitness room and recreation room/TV lounge.

Weekly housekeeping service and daily complimentary continental breakfast are included. Vantaggio also has a common kitchen for residents to cook and common areas for relaxation and studying.

HomeStay Program

Living with a family is a unique way to experience American traditions and culture first hand. It's also a great opportunity to become fully immersed in the English language and practice your English language skills with real Americans every day.

When you select the HomeStay option you are placed with a trusted family in the San Francisco Bay Area who we have carefully screened and interviewed. The school has both single and double occupancy options, and most HomeStay families provide 14 meals per week ( breakfast and dinner)

Please note: The Intrax Housing Coordinator requires at least 4 weeks notice prior to your intended arrival date to book your homestay. The Housing Coordinator is also available to answer any questions you may have about living with an American family.

HomeStay Services Include:

• A safe, friendly and comfortable environment

• Your own private furnished bedroom

• Access to all laundry facilities

• Breakfast & Dinner, half board

• Convenient access to public transportation

Food

HomeStay: Family is responsible to provide you with a breakfast and dinner Monday thru Sunday.

Price

• Intrax HomeStay Fee : US$35 per night.

Transportation

Homestay families are located in areas close to a bus route or to the metro for easy transportation to the campus, downtown, malls, and other shopping locations.
