• How do I register to a school?

Ans: Just, click on online registration and fill out the application form, if one or more of the questions or fields do not apply to you, please leave them blank.

• Can I register to a school and not choose their accommodation?

Ans: Yes, you can register to the majority of our schools or universities and not choose their accommodation. However, the school or university that requires the student to live on campus, will have this information clearly visible and we will let the student know if he or she is require to live on campus.

• How do I know what discount I will get?

Ans: The discounts you offer on our programs are clearly visible and vary by school. Please remember to view the prices and services tab, where all discounts and prices are fully explained.

• I do not have a student visa. Does Open Hearts help me with this process?

Ans: Yes, we assist you with all the registration and immigration process. We will provide you with a complete list steps to follow depending on the country your reside. We will also help student process payments with preferred methods like cadivi in Venezuela.

• How are the payments to the school made?

Ans: All the payments for the program you registered are sent directly to the school. We will provide you with the payment options the school has and you can choose to pay the school directly thru any of the methods available.

• Can I send the money directly to Open Hearts Int'l Education and pay for me?

Ans: In order to avoid any confusions or doubts, we do not accept any payments or money on behalf of our clients. All the payments and money must be send directly to the school. We will assist you and provide you with the school payment options and information.

• Do I have to pay the all the school fees before my visa is approved?

Ans: No, on the majority of cases you will only need to pay the application and mailing fee before your visa is approved. Once your visa is approved you will have to pay the schools fees. However, keep in mind that countries like Australia an England require the student to pay the total cost of tuition before they submit the visa application.

• I am going to Australia or England and have paid my fees in full, but my visa got denied. Will I get my money back?

Ans: Yes, please provide us with your account information and the school will refund all the tuition and accommodation fees. Please remember that most application and mailing fees are non-refundable.

• What are your refund policies?

Ans: We follow the school or university refund policy. Please make sure to contact us and we will be happy to send you the refund policy of the school you are currently attending or registered to.

• I have finished my program and what to extent to stay longer, will Open Hearts Int'l Education help me?

Ans: Yes, we will assist you and do all the extension process for you at no cost. Just contact us and let us know how longer you wish to stay.

• I do not like my school, can I transfer to another school?

Ans: Yes, in the majority of the cases you are allowed to transfer to another school and we will assist you with all the transfer process and many sure you also receive a discount on the school you are transferring to. However, keep in mind that in England, students are not allowed to transfer until they complete their program.

• What is an I-20 Form?

Ans: An I-20 form is a legal document that is issued by the schools that are approved by the United States Immigration and Naturalization Services to accept international students under the student visa. The I-20 form is require to apply for the student visa and it is a legal document that certifies you are accepted into the program you applied for.
